Elite Racing Advice - November 2020 Results and Summary

November 2020 ROI% = 4%


November saw us post +9.89 points profit and add to a solid start to the 2020/21 jumps season and sees us post 3 profitable months in a row.


November in contrast to October saw us hit a p&l high early on in the month around the 7th November which saw us sitting on +24 points following a particularly strong start. However a very up and down and inconsistent second half of the month saw us give some of those points back and finish on just shy of +10. A solid month all the same and valuable profit, obviously it would have been more pleasing if we’d continued to build from that early position however this is of course gambling there will naturally be peaks and troughs and it is also worth pointing out that October was the complete contrast (-23 mid month and ended +21). We are aware there were a few newer members in the second half of the month which typically fell with a what is currently for them a small drawdown however it serves to highlight the importance of the betting bank and  rest assured we will make long term profit.


n the previous August, September and October summaries we mentioned the desire and need for more consistency in terms of getting back to putting regular back to back months of profit on the board, by posting a very profitable month for October and November this is an excellent start to doing so with now 3 back to back profitable months on the board.


At the months end we sat on +30 points for the jumps season after the first two months and if we could keep an average of around +15 per month it would lead to a pleasing, profitable and successful campaign.


A slow start to December with a disappointing day yesterday but December is always an extremely busy month late on and there is plenty of time left to hopefully put that right and some, the period between Christmas and New Year (along with new years day) provides excellent racing and hopefully a few good opportunities with it.
