November 2020 P&L = +9.89
November 2020 ROI% = 4%


November saw us post +9.89 points profit and add to a solid start to the 2020/21 jumps season and sees us post 3 profitable months in a row.


November in contrast to October saw us hit a p&l high early on in the month around the 7th November which saw us sitting on +24 points following a particularly strong start. However a very up and down and inconsistent second half of the month saw us give some of those points back and finish on just shy of +10. A solid month all the same and valuable profit, obviously it would have been more pleasing if we’d continued to build from that early position however this is of course gambling there will naturally be peaks and troughs and it is also worth pointing out that October was the complete contrast (-23 mid month and ended +21). We are aware there were a few newer members in the second half of the month which typically fell with a what is currently for them a small drawdown however it serves to highlight the importance of the betting bank and  rest assured we will make long term profit.


n the previous August, September and October summaries we mentioned the desire and need for more consistency in terms of getting back to putting regular back to back months of profit on the board, by posting a very profitable month for October and November this is an excellent start to doing so with now 3 back to back profitable months on the board.


At the months end we sat on +30 points for the jumps season after the first two months and if we could keep an average of around +15 per month it would lead to a pleasing, profitable and successful campaign.


A slow start to December with a disappointing day yesterday but December is always an extremely busy month late on and there is plenty of time left to hopefully put that right and some, the period between Christmas and New Year (along with new years day) provides excellent racing and hopefully a few good opportunities with it.

May 2017 summary and results;

Slightly later than usual due to being away, apologies.

May P&L alternative win only = +37.53

May was a strange, difficult but eventually pleasing and profitable month.

After a good start, around the 2nd week of the month we hit what became our worst ever downturn since the service began, around 34 points. However thanks to a very profitable run at the back end of the month we've ended making 19 points profit to advised at 15% ROI.
We do appreciate the patience shown by people during the aforementioned tough downturn.

To do this in a month containing our worst ever run has to be ultimately considered a successful month and now sees us the last 13/13 profitable months, with only ever having one losing month (April 2016 -0.5pt) since the service began.

Along with this arguably the most pleasing aspect of the month was the BSP results. With 22.88 points profit at 17% ROI (after 5% commission) this is a very good and above average month. It also sees us profitable in the last 11/12 months at BSP with considerable profit.

It's been a scratchy sort of start to June thus far with a plenty hitting the frame but not quite winning but there's certainly no major issues. Plenty of the month to go and we look forward to tackling royal ascot in a few weeks time.

A solid month with over 20 points profit at recorded prices and a good end to a very profitable 2016 that saw us make nearly 280 points profit. 50% of our selections in December either won or were placed, highlighting that give or take we were very consistent with our selections.
Also worth noting that we have continued our encouraging start to our 2nd jumps season tipping & find ourselves 32.5 points better off at this stage compared to last year (Oct, Nov & Dec), something that is very pleasing as of course we are always striving to improve.
We look forward to another profitable year in 2017.

October was a very pleasing and profitable month and just the start we wanted to the new jumps season. Both the total number of points won, 30 and the ROI achieved were excellent. October saw us start off very steadily without having a single day out of profit all month and then have a very strong finish to the month with some notably big winners such as Robin Roe, Elegant Escape and Thomas Campbell in the last ten days or so.

Overall we are now 12/13 profitable months since starting the service and we've now won over 30 points in 3 out of the last 5 months which is also very encouraging. Hopefully more of the same in the coming months.
