May 2017 summary and results;

Slightly later than usual due to being away, apologies.

May was a strange, difficult but eventually pleasing and profitable month.

After a good start, around the 2nd week of the month we hit what became our worst ever downturn since the service began, around 34 points. However thanks to a very profitable run at the back end of the month we've ended making 19 points profit to advised at 15% ROI.
We do appreciate the patience shown by people during the aforementioned tough downturn.

To do this in a month containing our worst ever run has to be ultimately considered a successful month and now sees us the last 13/13 profitable months, with only ever having one losing month (April 2016 -0.5pt) since the service began.

Along with this arguably the most pleasing aspect of the month was the BSP results. With 22.88 points profit at 17% ROI (after 5% commission) this is a very good and above average month. It also sees us profitable in the last 11/12 months at BSP with considerable profit.

It's been a scratchy sort of start to June thus far with a plenty hitting the frame but not quite winning but there's certainly no major issues. Plenty of the month to go and we look forward to tackling royal ascot in a few weeks time.

(Win bets and win part of each way bets). Very good offer. Free bets will be valid for 7 days, same again don't forget to use them should you have one credited this week.

BETFAIR SPORTSBOOK - DAY ONE - If your horse wins at SP odds of 3/1 or greater, you’ll receive 3 free bets to the same value as your stake in addition to your winnings. Max £25. Very good offer again, especially if you're betting in the two handicaps tomorrow. For the other 3 days of the festival the same offer applies with Betfair but you receive 1 free bet instead of 3 which is still decent.
BET365 - Channel 4/1 Offer, back any single winner at 4/1 or more on a race televised live on Channel 4 (The first 4 or 5 races every day at Cheltenham) and you can have a risk free bet to the same stake on the next live Channel 4 race. Up to £50.

One other thing to consider when placing your bets this week is each way enhancements;

Different bookmakers will offer different terms in different races. For example Im 99% sure that a few firms will pay extra places in the Coral Cup race on Wednesday (firms will offer 5, maybe 6, places instead of the normal 4), the same will apply to other races throughout the week. These enhancements are not a reason to have a bet for the sake of it but if you're planning on betting in the races anyway obviously be sure to check that you're getting the best possible terms out there. The same applies to each way terms, some bookies will offer 1/5 of the odds for each way, some will offer 1/4. As i've written before theres really no excuse to lose out on profit no matter how small just because we haven't checked if another firm are offering us better terms or better prices, that all of course applies to Cheltenham week too.

A personal best month and our most pleasing month yet. Consistent winners without any major setbacks or tough spells made February extremely pleasing. Outstanding ROI and P&L figures that would compete with any charging subscription service out there. Forward to March and the Cheltenham Festival for hopefully more of the same!
